Are we awesome?

Today's headline is mainly inspired by Barney Stinson's ("How I met your mother" ) greatest ambition: awesomeness.

I know that it may seem a little rough as an observation, but I've really put a lot of thought after coming to this conclusion about people nowadays: We do spend so much energy on appearing to be awesome to the others everyway that we can...and this, consequently, can lead us to the point of losing our personal awesomeness. So, on the way of chasing the fake one, we lose the real one! That's sad... I really believe that each of us has something to feel awesome for, but what I see around me is people trying to cover it and "suit up"... trying to find a shelter in the security of the masses. Maybe the most awesome part of our awesomeness would be to undress ourselves and be genuine to the others with all the risks that this may involve! But, unfortunately, in order to survive today you have to wear a mask...These are the rules of the game, my friends. And I feel that I can be awesome, too... But frankly, this sucks!
